Smoky Mountain B-B-Q provides crowd-pleasing food for your event. We have consistently provided great barbecue at many events since 1994. In that time we have participated in street fairs, blue grass festivals, rodeos, Oktoberfests, craft fairs, and music festivals all over the Inland Empire.

Our event menu features Tri-Tip Sandwiches, Pork Ribs, Beef Ribs, Chicken Sandwiches & Hot Links. All items are served ala carte or as a meal with our special B-B-Q Baked Beans and Potato Salad.

We can also customize our menu to fit the theme of your event and to enhance the variety of food provided for your guests.
